IPO

The first thing to do, before you spend time and money on your goals is to make sure that your company is at the right stage of the journey to successfully execute an IPO. That's what our first meeting (online) is all about. I'll ask exactly the same questions that a bank or law firm would ask you, but you won't pay a penny. I'll take your answers to our deal team, a London and Vancouver based Private Equity firm to get their thoughts on whether you're at the right stage to make a success of an IPO.

Once we know you can execute, I'll set up a meeting with the deal team. Your call will be with the Founder and CEO of a London Private Equity with experience in taking companies public. The meeting allows all parties to explore the potential, understand risks and rewards and get to a point of intelligent decision making. You will be clear on costs, fees timelines and what to expect the day you become the Chairperson of a globally traded company. You then decide if an IPO is the right path for you.

While you focus on running your company, I'll be your eyes and ears on the ground, working with the IPO team to ensure you're adventure into becoming the Chairperson of a publicly traded company is as smooth as possible. There are a lot of moving parts in the IPO process, you'll need someone you can trust to smooth the way. That's me. It's important that you and your team are prepared for the process. Having me on side means you'll always be ahead of the curve in getting things prepared and ready for the IPO team to take action on.
